I had two ears of corn for lunch. I was still a bit hungry so I popped some corn in a paper bag in the radar range. I added some salt and red pepper flakes to make it taste like salty, hot cardboard.
To torture me, Jill ate some Orville Redenbacher microwave popcorn with delicious palm oil.

Good luck with this experiment, sounds like fun! As long as you're working on corn-only for breakfast, note that Alton Brown reported (as did "The Secret Life of...") that popcorn was the basis for breakfast cereal in the early days. I believe they added sugar and milk which is off your diet, but perhaps you could find other fun ways to have popcorn for breakfast.
Have fun!

Mustard Sauced Corn
One 10 ounce package of frozen whole kernel corn
1 medium green or sweet red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1 tablespoon of water
2 teaspoons of margarine
2 teaspoons of prepared mustard or Dijon
A dash of salt
A dash of pepper
I think that if you use dehydrated onion flakes, mustard, and red pepper flakes, this might fit into the original rules of the project.
if i see another but corn in these poops im calling shenanigans.
anything*
Leave it to Jill to be the ass!
